Based on 9mm Glock Magazines, but fits most 9mm mag's in the market.
Our v.1 pistol mag pouch is designed to be tall enough to aid in retention and cover most of the magazine to prevent unwanted hands from getting a hold of your mags but not too tall that it's hard to grab when your gross motor skills kick in in an emergency situation.
Dual heavy duty elastic ensures that the pouch stays tight around the magazine allowing you to run an open top setup without having to worry about retention issues. If this isn't for you or not allowed by your department, we also include a removable flap cover with an easy pull tab (again for when your gross motor skills kick in in an emergency situation).
The front is line with hook tape for one of two reasons. 1: To allow for the removable flap cover, and 2: The hook tape is much more stiff than Loop tape which is normally what other manufacturers put in front as it is cleaner looking. Using the hook side allows the front to be stiffer and it makes it easier for the user to index.
It's made from laminated 500D nylon for a durable build, precision laser cut panels, and carefully hand stitched in Edmonton, Alberta.
