Once you're verified as Military, Police, Peace Officer, or First Responder, you’re also eligible for our “WorkWear Guarantee". If your item is damaged, or is rendered unusable in the line of duty, please use our “Contact Us” page and we’ll replace your item at half the original purchase price, plus shipping.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We will send you a replacement at half the cost if the incident happened during the performance of your duties as a public servant. Please send us a brief description of the incident, date, time, place, and damage to the item. We will determine if you’re eligible for a replacement. Some eligible conditions are (but not limited to):

• Contact w/ biohazard material: Blood, urine, feces, harmful chemicals.
• Rips, tears, burns.

Once we’ve verified your claim to be true, we will need the following information:

• Badge ID # (or organizational ID)
• Photo’s of the damaged item

FRAUD

Be a good person. Don’t commit fraud and send us a replacement request just to for us to find out that you only spilled ketchup on your item. WE WILL TAKE ACTIONS AGAINST FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOURS & ACTIONS.
