Order Processing
"In Hand" items are items that we have in stock in our Canadian warehouse.
"Factory" items are items that we order directly from our partners and ship directly to you.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days for all items "In Hand."

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date, and will be assessed via the tracking information.
The items being returned must be in its original & resellable condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only when the item is in its original & resellable condition & the exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery date. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Damaged Items
If you've received a damaged item, immediately take a photo and continue to file a claim with us. We will replace your item free of cost!
